We need to conduct VOC test according to GB/T 27630, the sample is the ceiling, how to proceed?

Hello, GB/T　27630 is the limit of air quality in the car. The object is a complete vehicle, and the application customer is generally a OEM. Your product is a ceiling and does not apply to this standard. The VOC test of the assembly may be carried out based on experience. It is recommended that you confirm it again.

Do metal materials such as steel plates need to be tested for material-level VOC?

VOC refers to volatile organic compounds. For the material level, it is mainly aimed at the non-metallic interior parts in the car, so metal materials such as steel plates generally do not need to perform material-level VOC testing.
